Home Health Aide, CNA and Companion
Our caring Companions are available to assist those clients who do not require hands-on assistance with daily living activities, but may need assistance with housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry or shopping. They may also offer caring companionship by reading, playing cards or taking a trip to the mall through our Private Duty Division. Medicare and other Insurance carriers may cover home health aide services, when the patient is receiving nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy. Home health aide services can be paid for privately if the client is not eligible to receive these services through an insurance plan. For our client's safety and well-being, all of our Home Health Aides and Companions are CPR Certified. Each Nightingale caregiver has successfully completed an extensive selection, screening, and training process to promote reliable and consistent service. At Nightingale Homecare, we are committed to providing each client with the quality care they deserve, in the privacy and comfort of their own home. This service also helps motivate our clients to take part in other basic activities. The result is an improved quality of life, in addition to peace of mind. Home Health Aides, or Certified Nursing Assistant's (CNA's), provide reliable assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and ambulating) under the supervision of a Nightingale Homecare Registered Nurse.
